From Injury to Strength: My Path into Coaching

I wasn’t always this into health and fitness. In fact, I started out studying computer engineering at the University of Thessaly. But right before heading off to university, I tore my ACL and medial meniscus, an injury that changed the course of my life.

I’d always been very active (with a few extra kilos here and there), but post-rehab, I became obsessed with getting stronger and building muscle. I wanted to make sure I never got injured like that again. That’s when I truly discovered strength training.

I began working in a local gym while still studying and buried myself in textbooks, anatomy charts, biomechanics articles, and anything I could find online. I started coaching people on the gym floor and quickly realized I had a knack for helping others improve. People were getting stronger, leaner, and more confident and I loved being part of that journey.

Fast forward almost 10 years, and my mission is clear: to help as many people as possible become stronger, leaner, and healthier whether they’re looking for a strength training coach in Vrilissia, a personal trainer in Chalandri, or just someone to guide them toward their goals online.

Who Shouldn’t Hire an Online Coach?

If you’re looking for a quick fix, magic diet, or someone to do the work for you , this isn’t for you .If you are unwilling  to communicate, struggle to provide updates , share how you are feeling or send training footage I can’t help you grow and provide adjustments. Those resistant to change . Being set in your way even if something can be done much more efficiently(and sometimes doesn’t work at all) and more effectively is a surefire way to not make progress . And lastly if you don’t have internal drive and can’t do the work maybe coaching is not the right approach

Coaching is a partnership. We guide, program, analyze, and support ,but you still have to show up and do the work.
